Qualifications To succeed as a Seasonal Chat and Phone Technical Support and Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll need: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. To be at least 18 years of age. Flexibility to meet the needs of the business, including working a variety of shifts and schedules. Equipment and Internet Requirements To work from home effectively, you'll need: A stand-alone monitor (19 inches or larger). A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps down and 5.0 Mbps up. A working phone line (home phone or mobile).
