Location Requirements To be eligible for this role, you must reside in the United States and meet one of the following location requirements: Live within a 50-mile radius of our local sites (onsite job openings only). Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming. Qualifications To succeed as a Seasonal Chat and Phone Technical Support and Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll need: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. To be at least 18 years of age. Flexibility to meet the needs of the business, including working a variety of shifts and schedules. Equipment and Internet Requirements To work from home effectively, you'll need: A stand-alone monitor (19 inches or larger). A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps down and 5.0 Mbps up. A working phone line (home phone or mobile). A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free, with a desk and an ergonomic chair.
