We're proud to be a 87% women-led organization, dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and development. **The Role** As an Experienced Sales Representative – Social Media Chat Sales at arenaflex, you'll be part of a highly skilled client success team, working closely with our clients to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day) * Follow up with existing leads and clients (2 hours/day) * Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day) * Respond to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day) * Manage and communicate with your team, ensuring seamless collaboration and success (30 minutes/day) **Requirements** * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection * Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends) * Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil * High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily **No previous experience is required**, but we do expect you to be 100% confident in your English skills.
