Job Overview As a Sales Development Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for making significant contributions to our business growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and their customers. Your primary focus will be on generating and qualifying leads, directing sales and product introductions, and meeting sales objectives while providing exceptional customer care. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction, and your passion for delivering outstanding results will be contagious. Key Responsibilities Participate in inbound and outbound calling efforts to create and qualify leads, direct sales and product introductions, and meet sales objectives Make, track, and follow up on leads by phone or email to ensure timely and effective communication Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving to exceed expectations and contribute to the growth of arenaflex Adhere to quality standards, passing all call monitoring reviews with a score of 98% or higher to ensure exceptional customer experiences Acquire new skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in various dialing campaigns, adjusting to changing priorities and objectives as needed Meet minimum dialing hour requirements per shift, as determined by the Operations Manager, to ensure productivity and efficiency Essential Qualifications Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and negotiate with clients Be enthusiastic and eager to work with people, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer care Demonstrate fast and accurate data entry and note-taking skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality Have technical proficiency with basic phone, computer, and web applications, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly Be capable of learning, mastering, and communicating new products, services, and concepts to clients, staying up-to-date with industry developments Be comfortable making calls throughout the shift, with a strong phone presence and ability to engage with clients Demonstrate independence and productivity in a fully remote job, with the ability to work effectively in a home office environment Be able to focus on standard business hour activities (9:00am - 5:00pm EST), with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and objectives as needed Have experience working in fully remote offices, with a strong understanding of the benefits and challenges of remote work Preferred Qualifications Experience in call centers, sales, or high-volume customer care environments, with a proven track record of success in a fully remote capacity Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client bases Work Environment and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a dedicated home office with a quiet, distraction-free workspace, and a reliable computer with high-speed internet access (minimum 3 MBPS).
