Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by processing orders, coordinating shipments, and working with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. You will serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team, providing seamless communication throughout the order process. Key Responsibilities Order Management: Accurately enter customer orders and follow through from start to finish to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Shipment Coordination: Organize shipments by coordinating with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. Customer Inquiries: Track orders and handle customer inquiries regarding delivery, adjustments, and credits in a timely and professional manner. Contract Management: Manage contracts and assist with release schedules in collaboration with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and execution. Customer Communication: Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely, helpful responses to customer inquiries and concerns. Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Warehouse Support: Support warehouse operations when needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a product-based or call center setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with familiarity with ERP systems. Arithmetic Skills: Solid arithmetic skills, including basic math with decimals. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Education: High school diploma required, with a preference for an associate's or bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience: Experience in the manufacturing industry or a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
