Key Responsibilities Collect data from multiple sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and Southwest Databases. Research and verify third-party data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability. Scour and design data, converting it into a system-compatible format for efficient analysis and reporting. Support Account Managers in meeting requests and requirements, providing timely and accurate data-driven insights. Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage tasks, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the team. Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis requests, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support ongoing business decisions and initiatives, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
