About the Role We are seeking an experienced SaaS Customer Experience Manager (CXM) to join our sales team. As a CXM, you will be responsible for selling software products and solutions to businesses and individuals, generating revenue by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Identifying potential customers: Conduct research, attend trade shows, and network with industry professionals to develop a list of potential leads. Understanding customer needs: Listen to customers, ask questions, and gather information to develop a thorough understanding of their business and how software solutions can help them. Presenting solutions: Prepare presentations and demos, highlighting the benefits of the software, and addressing any concerns or objections the customer may have. Negotiating and closing deals: Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers and close deals to generate revenue for blithequark. Building and maintaining relationships: Follow up with customers after a sale, provide ongoing support and assistance, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services. Staying up-to-date with industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to provide the most relevant solutions to customers and remain competitive in the marketplace. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, negotiate solutions, and build positive relationships. Technological savviness, with familiarity with CRMs and Marketing Automations, and a passion for constant disruption and innovation. Faultless follow-up skills to ensure timely and effective communication with customers and colleagues. The ability to be a brand ambassador for blithequark, bringing our brand message to life through social media and community advocacy. Self-motivation and discipline to work remotely and hold yourself accountable for your work. A desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing circumstances. Preferred Qualifications While previous sales experience is not necessary, as we provide a full-scale training schedule, the following skills and qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in sales, customer experience, or a related field. Knowledge of the roofing, storm restoration, and exterior construction industry. Experience with software sales and SaaS solutions. A strong understanding of customer needs and requirements. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
