Job Overview We are looking for reliable, dedicated, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as full-time Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer queries Enter application data accurately and efficiently Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and effective support Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multitasking and task management to meet performance goals Commit to extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams Requirements To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years of age or older Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace Have a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period Complete a background check and health screening Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible) Essential Qualifications: Moderate to advanced computer skills High level of comfort learning new technology High level of professionalism Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working from home Self-motivated and success-driven Preferred Experience: Previous experience in customer support or technical support role Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Previous experience in a call center Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Spanish bilingual, a plus What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for performance-based incentives. Our base pay is $14.50 per hour, with an enhanced rate of $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance. Spanish bilingual candidates may be eligible for a higher base pay of $15.50 per hour, with an enhanced rate of $17.00 per hour.
