Qualifications: Join Our Team To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. One or more years of work experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment, where you've developed strong communication and interpersonal skills. A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule that's provided four weeks in advance, ensuring you can plan and balance your work and personal life. Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods, such as summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Experience working in a commission-based environment, where you've developed a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
