Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bartlesville, OK. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up, and resolution to client inquiries or issues. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems in a professional and courteous manner Enter orders into the system for billing and delivery, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Prepare quotes and coordinate mailings of literature and samples to customers Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products Retrieve needed information for the credit department and issue credits or debits accurately when applicable Set up new customers for the sales force and maintain accurate records Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Take sales orders from sales representatives and customers by phone, fax, and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Run credit card and check approvals, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies Categorize, file, and maintain paperwork for audit purposes, ensuring compliance with company procedures Print and distribute e-mailed customer purchase orders, maintaining accurate records and attention to detail Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience in a related field Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with excellent computer skills and attention to detail Experience with a multi-line phone system and excellent communication skills Pleasant phone personality, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to sit for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 25 pounds Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field Knowledge of outdoor living solutions, building products, or a related industry Excellent math skills, with the ability to calculate prices, discounts, and totals Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and supportive attitude Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
