About the Role We're seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that every interaction with blithequark is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. Your mission will be to provide timely, empathetic, and effective support, addressing questions, concerns, and issues in a fun and professional manner. You'll be the ambassador of our brand, working to surprise and delight our customers at every turn. Key Responsibilities Monitor and respond to email inquiries, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Engage with customers in real-time via online chat, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and expertise Provide live phone support, troubleshooting issues, and offering technical assistance when needed Educate customers about our products and services, helping them to get the most out of their blithequark experience Utilize Zendesk and other CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, identifying trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with the team to develop and update customer-facing product manuals and assets, ensuring that our customers have access to the information they need to succeed Share insights and perspectives with the business and engineering teams, helping to drive product and service improvements that meet the evolving needs of our customers Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, consistently delivering exceptional service and support that exceeds customer expectations About You To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a customer-centric, tech-savvy, and highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support. You'll be an effective communicator, able to constructively provide solutions via written communication, displaying empathy and active listening skills. You'll be a team player, able to collaborate and bring ideas to the table, while also being productive and independent in a remote setting. Essential Qualifications Strong computer skills, with fast typing skills (40+ wpm) and light technical troubleshooting experience Ability to work extended business hours and weekend shifts, including flexibility to adapt to changing business needs Availability to start on or around mid-November 2025 and work through the end of December 2025 Experience with Zendesk, Slack, or similar support tools (bonus) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a food-tech or related industry Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
