Essential Qualifications 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership. Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership. General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
