Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues swiftly to ensure a seamless experience, using internal tools, FAQs, and knowledge bases to provide precise information and solutions. Qualifications To be successful as a Virtual Chat Assistant at blithequark, you'll need: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, technology, and customer service.
