Key Responsibilities Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our products and/or services, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that our databases are accurate and current. Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue while meeting the evolving needs of our customers. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning and development. Customer service experience is a plus, although we provide comprehensive training to ensure that all our representatives have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. Strong computer navigational skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), with the ability to apply this knowledge in a customer service environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns in a empathetic and professional manner. Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote work environment, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a customer service environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues. Work Environment As a remote worker, you will be required to have a dedicated workspace in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment. You will be provided with the equipment you need to perform your job, including a webcam, and you will be required to have a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps. You will be expected to work in a constant sedentary position, with regular breaks to stretch and move around.
