You will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and you will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building activities * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities * Provide exceptional customer support and service through phone, email, and chat interactions * Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics * Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers * Utilize CRM software to track sales activity, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and tactics * Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote sales environment or as a sales representative for a company with a strong online presence * Familiarity with sales automation tools, such as salesforce automation software or sales intelligence platforms * Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activity, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance * Certification in sales or customer service, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designations * Fluency in a second language, such as Spanish, French, or Mandarin **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and tactics * Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to think critically and creatively, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
