About the Role: Project Manager, Design & Construction In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for managing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the design and construction of various projects across the company, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery, coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders, including senior management, throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and conducting regular site visits to ensure project progress and quality standards are being met. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in project management, design, and construction. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, and your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities will allow you to identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery. Preferred Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management. A professional certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong knowledge of design and construction principles, including building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Experience with project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to develop and motivate junior team members.
