Respond to medical and pharmaceutical billing inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a courteous and compassionate manner. Assist patients in navigating medical insurance verification and explore payment options to fulfill their requirements, providing guidance and support throughout the process. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience for all stakeholders. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication abilities, a compassionate approach to customer service, and experience in processing medical and prescription claims.
