About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Specialist. The position offers the flexibility of remote work for candidates who currently hold an active insurance license and have relevant insurance experience. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Mountain Standard Time, and we require availability during these times to ensure seamless customer service. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound requests from customers via phone, text, and email to address their queries, policy changes, billing updates, and coverage-related issues. Manage and organize emails, follow-up tasks, and customer outreach to ensure timely and effective communication. Make outbound calls to customers regarding billing, policy changes, and to address their requests, providing exceptional service and support. Act as an advocate for our clients by advising them on potential risks and recommending tailored insurance coverages that meet their specific needs. Represent blithequark in a positive and professional manner, always prioritizing what is right for the client and upholding our company values. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess a strong willingness to learn and participate in ongoing education and training. A desire to drive your own career success, coupled with an enthusiastic and positive attitude, is essential. We look for individuals with a strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, excellent problem-solving skills, and above-average computer and telephone skills. The ability to work in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork, with outstanding customer service skills, is also crucial. Essential qualifications include a Property & Casualty License or a Personal Lines License, along with prior insurance experience. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly valued but not mandatory.
