Some of your key responsibilities will include: Utilizing multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy. Initiating new service order requests, coordinating and tracking product/service installation processes, and ensuring seamless execution. Supporting and leading ad hoc projects generated by our sales channels, which will require strong organizational and project management skills. Preparing reports as requested, which will involve analyzing data, identifying trends, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
