Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that are critical to the success of our payroll operations. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Utilizing multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy. Initiating new service order requests, coordinating and tracking product/service installation processes, and ensuring seamless execution. Supporting and leading ad hoc projects generated by our sales channels, which will require strong organizational and project management skills. Preparing reports as requested, which will involve analyzing data, identifying trends, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. Educating customers on our products and services, which will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Meeting or exceeding critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity, to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency. Drafting routine client and customer correspondence, which will involve strong writing and communication skills. Responding to questions, helping resolve problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources, which will require a customer-centric approach and a strong ability to troubleshoot issues. Completing special operational and client projects as assigned, which will involve flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers, which will require strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Providing order activity updates to our sales support manager or supervisor, which will involve strong analytical and communication skills. What You Bring to the Table To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our organization's values and goals. Some of the key requirements include: A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience, which demonstrates your ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 2-5 years of experience in a related field, which could include payroll, data entry, customer service, or a similar area, and demonstrates your ability to apply your skills and knowledge in a practical setting. Strong experience with MS Excel, which is essential for data analysis, reporting, and other tasks, and demonstrates your ability to learn and master new software applications. Experience with data entry, which is critical for this role, and demonstrates your attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. An intermediate level in Microsoft Excel, which will enable you to perform complex tasks and analyze data effectively, and demonstrates your ability to learn and master new software applications. A payroll or commission background, which is a plus, and demonstrates your ability to apply your skills and knowledge in a practical setting.
