As a Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through outbound shareholder communications for public companies. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement effective communication strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Outbound shareholder communications for public companies * High-volume calling using an auto-dialer * Directing employees to how they can vote * Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients * Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective communication strategies * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices **Remote Outbound Customer Service Schedules** We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs and preferences. Our available shifts are: * Full-Time AM shift: 9 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri (EST) - with the option to stay late into the PM shift or work on Saturday * Part-Time PM shift: Mon-Thurs 6-11 PM (EST) and Saturday 12-6 PM (EST) **Essential Qualifications** * 6+ months of call center experience * Outbound customer service experience preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using technology and software applications **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in public company shareholder communications * Knowledge of securities regulations and compliance * Familiarity with auto-dialer systems and software applications * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using technology and software applications * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
