As a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent, you'll play a vital role in our mission to secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors, enabling our clients to continue their vital work. Key Responsibilities Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner to strengthen their connection with our non-profit clients. Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics, ensuring you're meeting or exceeding performance expectations. Update donor records and manage data to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up. Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continually improve your skills and performance. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent at MDS, you'll need: A minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, preferably in telephone fundraising. A dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home. Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology, including the ability to learn our proprietary systems. A commitment to and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes we represent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with donors and prospective donors. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Previous experience working with non-profit or charitable organizations. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package that includes: A weekly paycheck with a competitive hourly rate of $15-$16 per hour for 40-hour shifts.
