Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information about our products, services, orders, or account-related issues. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary, and maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be expected to meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction, while staying informed about blithequark updates, product changes, and support policies. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns Provide accurate and detailed information about blithequark products, services, orders, or account-related issues, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our offerings and policies Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues to senior team members or other departments when necessary, to ensure seamless and efficient issue resolution Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including chat transcripts, issue resolutions, and customer feedback, to inform future support and product development initiatives Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction, continuously striving to improve your skills and performance Stay informed about blithequark updates, product changes, and support policies, participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and expertise Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as strong written communication and grammar skills. You should be able to type at least 40 words per minute (WPM) and have a customer service experience, especially in a digital or e-commerce setting. You should be tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems or chat platforms, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment. Availability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, nights, or weekends, is also required.
