Issue Resolution : Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, utilizing critical thinking skills to identify problems and implement solutions quickly. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a genuine desire to help. Documentation : Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within our systems to ensure a streamlined process and provide insights for future interactions. Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with our products and services to confidently assist customers and promote upsell opportunities where appropriate.
