Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Live Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner. Build strong relationships with new customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized support to achieve their goals. Promote client products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Maintain a high level of productivity, consistently achieving established standards and demonstrating a commitment to excellence. Provide administrative support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Continually portray a positive and professional image, representing our company and clients in a respectful and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment. Excellent keyboarding and internet skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and professional responses to customer inquiries. An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor, with a client-facing experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ability to compose professional emails and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience can enhance your application: Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. Familiarity with live chat software and other customer support tools. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions. A process improvement mindset, with a willingness to identify opportunities for growth and implement changes to enhance customer support.
