Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., assisting with entry-level auto and property policies. You will receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies, addressing questions, concerns, and modifications. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer calls, providing exceptional service and support Review and process customer inquiries, resolving issues and addressing concerns Modify policies, update customer information, and perform other administrative tasks as needed Utilize system tools to search for answers and information, navigating complex systems with ease Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie Meet productivity and quality standards, consistently delivering high-quality results Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong customer service aptitude, with a personal drive to serve and display compassion. You should be highly organized, with a fondness for order and process, and a natural ability to manage emotions and show resiliency in stressful situations.
