Inserting customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within specified time limits. Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output to ensure data quality. Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents to ensure comprehensive data entry. Applying data program techniques and procedures to maintain data integrity and consistency. Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security. Scanning documents and printing files when needed, maintaining organized digital and physical files. Confidentiality and Data Security Maintaining the confidentiality of all information is crucial in this role. You will be expected to keep all data and information confidential, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures at all times. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to efficiently manage and analyze data. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using database management tools and software applications. Basic knowledge of touch typing systems to ensure efficient data entry. The ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately, with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills. Experience working in a Data Entry Clerk position is highly desirable, but not essential, as training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
