Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues to help us improve our services Upselling when required, to ensure our customers receive the best possible solutions Qualifications: Join Our Team of Fearless and Compassionate Individuals We are looking for fearless and compassionate individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
