Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively. Comfortable with technology, online systems, and troubleshooting basic issues, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
