About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate customer service representative to join our team in a permanent work-at-home capacity. As a remote representative, you will utilize your exceptional customer service skills, patience, and understanding to answer inbound phone calls, address member inquiries, and provide personalized support to our clients' members or customers. Responsibilities In this critical role, you will be responsible for: Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup to ensure seamless transitions for our members Looking up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization pre-requisite, and coverage to provide accurate and timely information Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, Vision, Over the Counter, and other related services to address member inquiries Processing claims inquiries, including resolving issues related to billing and payment for services received Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries to ensure a smooth experience for our members Addressing Grievances/Complaints in a professional and empathetic manner to resolve issues promptly Performing billing tasks, including making payments, transaction history, and premium inquiries to ensure accurate and efficient processing Managing LEP inquires and disputes to provide support and resolution for our members Assisting with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs to ensure our members have access to necessary resources Providing self-help options, including member portal support to empower our members to take control of their healthcare Providing local locations to pharmacies, OTC, and Specialist to connect our members with essential healthcare services Experience Required for Your Success To excel in this role, you will need: At least a High School diploma or equivalent to demonstrate a foundation in education Minimum of 18 months Call center experience to showcase your customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment A Healthcare background, which is a plus, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in a work environment to demonstrate your technical skills and ability to navigate our systems Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and effective support for our members Strong written and oral communication skills to provide clear and concise information to our members Ability to display empathy and care in every interaction, as we prioritize compassion and understanding in our support services A dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment to ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds, with a wired connection (Wireless access/WIFI is not permitted) to ensure seamless and secure communication What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the well-being and growth of our team members.
