Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support to act as a liaison between our clients and our organization. As a key member of our team, you will provide services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our clients' accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all client communications. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of delivering exceptional service and support. A strong track record of over-achieving quota, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and call handling quotas. Excellent phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and support. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines. High school diploma, with a strong educational foundation and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
