Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment, is highly desirable. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy. Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously is essential. Additionally, you should be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
