This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in customs brokerage and logistics, working 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Understand and identify customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents. Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system, allowing for the build of a valid customs declaration. Verify documents received for import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards. Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, staying up-to-date with changes and updates in the industry. Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the team's overall performance and efficiency.
