Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and efficient Data Entry Specialist to accurately process customer information, ensure completion within timed deadlines, and facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents. Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer information and ensure completion within timed deadlines, with a minimum of 6000 KPH. Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents. Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams. Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader. Carry out duties deemed necessary by blithequark management. Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other key operating standards. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as blithequark policies and procedures. Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and input data onto SKP or DCS. Use the system to verify customer records. Set up DCS screens. Transmit data to customers. Research and resolve system data issues. Essential Qualifications Computer with internet access. Quiet work space away from distractions. Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization. Good customer service behaviors and effective communication skills. Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring that everything is input in a timely manner. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. IT literate with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not required but can be a bonus. Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, or other fields. Experience working within an operational service delivery role. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Able to take direction and prioritize tasks from multiple team members.
