Ecommerce Media Buyer / Analyst For High Spend Company ($100k/day+)
The Role We manage Meta ad accounts spending $100k+ per day across multiple large ecommerce brands. This role is built for a senior media buyer who understands the mechanics deeply — but no longer wants to live inside execution. Your job is to protect performance at scale. You’ll identify instability early, call out risk before it compounds, and help decide when to intervene and when not to. This is not a reporting role and not a media buying role. It’s an account-level judgment role. You’ll work directly with the founder. When you flag an issue, action follows. When you’re wrong, you’ll see it quickly. Feedback loops are tight by design. ️ Responsibilities Continuously monitor Meta accounts across campaigns, ad sets, and creatives for performance health. Track spend pacing, CPA movement, CTR shifts, delivery behavior, and volume trends — and understand how those interact at high spend. Identify early signs of creative decay before results collapse. Use qualitative and quantitative cues: engagement quality, comment sentiment, auction behavior, delivery friction. Understand attribution delay and volatility at scale. Know when short-term noise is acceptable — and when it’s a warning sign. Surface issues clearly and early. Explain what’s happening, why it matters, how urgent it is, and what action (if any) is warranted. Exercise judgment. Sometimes escalation is critical. Sometimes restraint is the correct call. This Is a Strong Fit If… You’ve managed real Meta budgets and felt the responsibility of six-figure daily spend. You’ve been the person others relied on to sense when performance was drifting — even before dashboards confirmed it. You’re comfortable making calls without perfect data and standing behind them. You’re no longer interested in launching ads or testing copy — but you still want to be close to performance and decision-making. You communicate precisely. You don’t over-explain. You don’t hedge unnecessarily. This Is Not a Fit If… You’re still early in your media buying career. You want to actively build, launch, or optimize ads. You rely on rigid SOPs or need constant validation. Experience Required: Several years of hands-on Meta media buying with direct performance ownership. Experience with Triple Whale or similar attribution tools is helpful but secondary. The core requirement is pattern recognition under pressure. ❌ What This Role Does Not Include Campaign creation Ad or creative production Hands-on execution inside Meta Dashboard or report building Those responsibilities are owned elsewhere. This role exists to think, diagnose, and decide. Compensation & Structure Base salary plus a significant monthly performance-based bonus tied to account outcomes. High autonomy. Minimal oversight. Direct access to the founder. No internal politics. Annual company trip (Thailand). Why This Role Exists At high spend, mistakes are expensive — and late reactions are worse. This role exists to catch issues early, apply judgment, and protect scale. If you’re a seasoned media buyer who wants to move from execution into account-level decision-making, this role is built for you. Apply tot his job
