Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist – Walmart Information Section Expert (Work from Home $30/Hour)

As a critical member of our remote workforce, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating essential data to ensure seamless operations across various divisions. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: Identifying and analyzing data to support a wide range of ERM and risk assessment objectives, compliance requirements, and scenario recall sites Gathering and processing data from various data systems throughout our US and global operations; preparing dashboards that help stakeholders scope risk and degree of maturity of related controls; developing custom audits as needed Applying expertise in analysis procedures and tools to develop robust and standardized methodologies for evaluating risk; drawing insights and relationships from data and communicating findings to compliance experts, lawyers, and business enterprise leaders Providing input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis; soliciting feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of our ERM and risk assessment processes Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Deep SQL skills and proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Big Query, PowerApps, and Dataiku Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment matters Ability to create meaningful visualizations and use data to 'tell a story' Ability to code using R or Python Strong verbal and written communication skills An incremental mindset and a passion for learning new things Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools Experience with data visualization and reporting tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Walmart, we are committed to the growth and development of our associates.
