Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field such as business administration, computer science, or information technology. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or relevant position, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a data entry role. Familiarity with office software and data programs, including but not limited to MS Office, Google Suite, and database management systems. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 60 words per minute and 95% accuracy. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors in a timely and efficient manner. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly, adhering to blithequark's data protection policies and procedures. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative and judgment to make decisions and solve problems. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a logistics or transportation environment, with knowledge of industry-specific software and systems. Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP).
