Job Overview The Remote Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for continuously updating arenaflex's databases, capturing data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner, and identifying and correcting errors. You will work closely with employees within the company and with customers to collect information, ensuring that our databases are current and accurately reflect our business developments. Key Responsibilities Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients Scanning through information to identify pertinent information and correcting errors Organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering and updating information into relevant databases Ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval Handling additional duties from time to time, as required Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a relevant field, such as data entry or administration Good command of English, both written and verbal Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with employees and customers Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed Proficient touch typing skills, with a high level of accuracy and speed Preferred qualifications include experience working in a remote environment, familiarity with database management systems, and a certification in data entry or a related field.
