We're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. **Job Summary** As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for consulting with individuals and families to understand their needs and provide them with personalized benefit plans. You'll work remotely with clients to schedule meetings, customize plans, and establish relationships that drive loyalty and retention. If you're a strong communicator, a team player, and a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs * Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client * Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication and personalized support * Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments * Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs * Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits * Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the benefits or insurance industry * Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing platforms * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in a related field, such as life insurance or health insurance * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook * Familiarity with CRM software and other technology platforms **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
