Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist – Airline Operations Support and Data Analysis

Position Overview We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our operational excellence. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality results and contribute to the development of predictive models and analytics to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Development of predictive models and analytics to proactively identify required resource planning needs, collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams Analysis of resource utilization and identification of more optimal and efficient solutions Reporting related to the execution of resource planning initiatives Examination of the latest trends in resource planning The successful candidate will be able to perform the following types of specific tasks to complete the above projects: Find and concentrate data from various sources for use in analysis, models, and project development Find and develop new data sources and/or essential analytical models and tools Utilize descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytical methods to highlight business challenges, potential solutions, and important trade-offs Develop new critical analytical models or modify existing ones Transform data into meaningful insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques Develop complex reports and analyses with guidance from leaders Support complex process improvement and project management engagement for both individual specialty units and cross-divisional initiatives Present findings to leaders, including senior leaders Act as an internal consultant to partners and provide insights to drive results Consistently prioritize safety and security, of self and others, as the top priority Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau, is required Solid business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders Must be a strong team player, be detail-oriented, and perform well under pressure Ability to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment is required Experience with MS Office is required Consistently focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal data Embraces diversity, thinking, and styles Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: Previous experience in data analysis, resource planning, or a related field Strong understanding of airline operations and the travel industry Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or D3.js Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately enter and maintain data Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
