As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering a high volume of data from multiple sources into our arenaflex database. Your primary duties will include ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting errors, and maintaining a daily production log to track your progress. **Primary Duties & Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities: * Enter customer and account data from various sources into corresponding fields within arenaflex database software * Identify and correct errors using appropriate quality control methods * Review data for discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents * Notify applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information * Maintain a daily production log to ensure all time and work is accurately documented * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Required Skills** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills: * Excellent alpha and number recognition skills * Ability to work quickly and accurately * Ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour (equivalent to 45-50 wpm) * Two years of experience in a full Data Entry capacity is preferred * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to work both independently and as part of a group * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift * Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position for which you're applying **Required Experience** To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following minimum qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Two years of experience in a full Data Entry capacity is preferred **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with data entry software and systems * Knowledge of data quality control methods and procedures * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Attention to detail and accuracy * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
