Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Operator II at arenaflex, you will be responsible for operating a computer to transcribe data from various document sources into a suitable format for computer processing. This position requires the application of experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed, searching for, interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered. Your key duties will include: Logging into a computer and accessing work queues to review computer images of documents and code documents using an established list of codes. Verifying, if required, whether previously extracted information is correct and making corrections to previously extracted information as needed. Adjusting the orientation or lighting of documents as necessary to ensure accurate data entry. Referencing work instructions as needed to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Attending mandatory meetings and trainings, working scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and performing other duties as assigned per business needs. Onboarding and Training Schedule To ensure your success in this role, arenaflex offers a comprehensive onboarding and training program. The schedule for this program is as follows: Orientation: Remote, scheduled for 12/2/2024 from 9am-2pm. Onsite training: 1 week, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-11:30am, following the orientation. Continued training from home: 7:30am-2:30pm, dependent on clearance processing, for 5 additional weeks. Regular Schedule and Work Environment This is a work-from-home position, offering flexibility and convenience. To be eligible, you must reside within 75 miles of Clinton, IA, or Janesville, WI. Your regular schedule will involve working hours that can be anytime between 4am-6:30pm, with overtime expected regularly throughout the week and on Saturdays when needed. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following essential qualifications and requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Able to maintain confidential information with the highest level of integrity. Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances. Basic computer knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software. Able to type 8,000 keystrokes per hour, with high accuracy and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
