Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist – Remote We are currently looking for a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team based in Puerto Rico. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of legal documents processed by our teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming data entered into our systems, resolving discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes. Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise, utilizing your analytical skills and attention to detail. Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is considered a plus. A high school diploma or GED is required, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring the quality of our legal documents. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives. Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Typing speed of 60 words per minute or higher, ensuring efficient data entry and processing.
