Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team, offering the flexibility to work remotely. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in updating and maintaining information in our databases and providing administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, be self-motivated, and have the ability to keep themselves focused on assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities Preparing documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Obtaining all proper supporting information and documentation to ensure efficient administration of files, including income and tax filings, asset realizations, and other relevant documents. Responding to ongoing queries and requests from creditors and debtors in a timely and professional manner. Liaising with the administration team to assist with obtaining information, documentation, and resolving complex issues, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information. Preparing and reviewing files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents, and ensuring all files are organized and up-to-date. Liaising with internal clients for clarification and issue resolution, providing exceptional customer service and support. Organizing file documents in accordance with our naming protocols, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Calculating income and surplus income obligations, understanding relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions. Performing relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value. Creating all documents required for signature, reviewing sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance, and filing documents with the Official Receiver (OR). Accurately transferring pertinent information from written and scanned records into Ascend, our internal software, maintaining the integrity of our databases. Maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential, adhering to our confidentiality policies and procedures. Liaising with external clients for clarification or outstanding documents, providing exceptional customer service and support. Electronic filing of statutory documents, preparing documents for DocuSign, and reviewing amended proposals. Essential Qualifications Proven experience performing data entry with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Exceptional technical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), with the ability to learn computer software quickly. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an asset, but not required. Able to work independently and efficiently, with strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to others. Good interpersonal skills to speak and deal effectively with other staff members, providing exceptional customer service and support. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a related field, such as administration, data entry, or customer service. Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or computer science. Proficiency in additional software applications, such as database management or document management systems. Skills and Competencies Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and support. Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
