Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Data Entry Associate to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitalizing them, and ensuring that all details are accurately captured and validated. You will work closely with our team to meet expected keystrokes per hour and words per minute standards, while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Capture and validate complex data with high accuracy Perform image classification and indexing tasks Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data as required Verify data from automated data extraction tools Utilize various systems to complete assigned tasks Work with multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to complete tasks Maintain established procedures and practices Work under close supervision to ensure accuracy and efficiency Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Must be able to type at least 45+ words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy and 10-key by touch proficiency Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with high accuracy Maintain or exceed 4,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) for numeric and 2,500 KSPH for alpha/numeric with less than 1% error rate Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred Experience working through VPN connection Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) Must be eligible to work in the United States Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the requirements listed above, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our associates.
