Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote night shift capacity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through internet-based interactions. Your primary goal will be to resolve routine problems and questions related to our clients' products and services, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for our customers.
