Position Type and Schedule This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home. To be eligible for this role, you must live and work in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin. You will be required to participate in a 12-week paid, virtual training program, which includes instructions, observations, tests, and performance measures. After completing the training program, you will work in your permanent shift, which may include evenings and weekends. Essential Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Capacity to perform multiple tasks and duties as well as the ability to learn different products Advanced education and comfort with navigating online, email, and web search Dedicated high-speed internet with connection rates of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download Clear, happy, and respectful verbal and written communication using appropriate language, tone, and expression Demonstrated perseverance and commitment to maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or data entry Knowledge of the aviation industry or related field Proficiency in multiple languages Experience with software applications and technology Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
