About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team in Manasquan, New Jersey. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities when necessary. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive starting pay of $17.49 per hour, shift differentials, and bilingual differentials. You must be flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, as our call center operates 24/7. Computer literacy is also essential, as you will be using our proprietary software and systems to process alarm signals and manage customer interactions.
