About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team in Manasquan, New Jersey. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities when necessary. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive starting pay of $17.49 per hour, shift differentials, and bilingual differentials. Key Responsibilities Handle emergency signals and respond promptly to alarm activations Notify and verify alarm signals to ensure accurate and efficient processing Dispatch the proper authorities when necessary, following established protocols and procedures Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as previous customer service experience. You must be flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, as our call center operates 24/7. Computer literacy is also essential, as you will be using our proprietary software and systems to process alarm signals and manage customer interactions.
