In this role, you will be responsible for growing the 3P market in the USA, acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts, and ensuring that our product selection, pricing, and convenience meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying product selection gaps, executing go-to-market strategies, and attracting key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities Developing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments, as well as monitoring competitor efforts to stay ahead in the market. Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Guiding dealers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help dealers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues, ensuring seamless partnerships and mutually beneficial relationships. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or economics. 1-3 years of successful enterprise sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries, with a proven track record of exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. Demonstrated achievement in promoting nascent products or offerings into new markets, with a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Advanced communication and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, as well as the ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Remarkable business judgment, with strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, managing multiple competing priorities concurrently. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 2+ years of e-commerce experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends. 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector, with a strong network of contacts and a proven track record of success. 3+ years of direct sales experience, with a strong ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
