As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing fantastic service over the phone, using your computer skills to research requests, track vehicle shipments, and assist with car warranties. You will also escalate critical orders and offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations, all while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude. We understand that you may not have prior knowledge of the automotive industry, and that's okay. We will provide you with comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training program includes: 100% attendance required for the first five weeks of instructor-led training Hands-on calls scheduled during hours of operation for the next four weeks Ongoing support and coaching to ensure your success Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, via chat, email, and other communication channels Researching requests related to profile assistance, tracking vehicle shipments, and assisting with car warranties Escalating critical orders and offering timely and accurate solutions Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations Meeting deadlines and achieving performance goals Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent Two or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers) Excellent computer, typing, and phone skills Ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time Solid work ethic, able to meet deadlines, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Degree in a relevant or related field Experience in the automotive industry Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Morley, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
