Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement large data platforms and business analysis solutions to enable self-service analytics and reporting Build suitable data architecture, data pipelines, reporting, data analysis, processes, and quality controls to enable self-service business intelligence Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify business needs, develop metrics and attributes, and create datasets that are easily consumed by non-technical users Develop and maintain datasets, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making Work with terabyte-sized datasets to design scalable, efficient, and effective analytical solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists, to drive business outcomes Essential Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, Management, or other quantitative discipline Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Python Experience working with large datasets and developing business analysis solutions Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing data-driven solutions, such as reporting, algorithms, or data integration systems, to drive business outcomes Programming experience with at least one language, such as Python, Scala, Java, or C++ Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Experience working in an agile development environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Wayfair, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
