As a key member of our customer support team, you will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Delta policies, procedures, and services. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries Assist customers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and providing flight information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed expectations and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary, maintaining effective communication and teamwork Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta policies, procedures, and services, staying informed about industry developments and trends Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others. You should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, with proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is also required. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided to successful candidates.
